QC (Quality Control)

Yunfeng Machinery strictly adheres to the quality lifeline. Since the procurement of raw materials, it has been rigorously screening suppliers of biodegradable materials, PE materials and other materials. During the production process, quality inspection points are set up for each process. For the blow molding machines, the dimensions of key components are measured and their performance is inspected. For the bag making machines, the precision of the molds and the stability of the whole machines are strictly controlled. For the printing machines, emphasis is placed on the printing effect and the reliability of the electrical systems.
